Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, mailing, and supply inventory
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate data entry records using various software tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
- Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping.
- Support clerical tasks such as organizing documents
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Accurate typing skills with high attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Previous clerical experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and software platforms
