SEND Tutor:
Location: In home / face to face
Hours: Monday–Friday, minimum 2 hours per day during school hours; full-time and part-time

About the role
LTS is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and compassionate tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition as part of our Outreach Programme. You will support SEND children in reaching their full educational potential, building their confidence and creating an inclusive learning environment where every student feels seen, supported and capable.
Key responsibilities
Use your expertise to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
Deliver 1-2-1, face-to-face tuition to SEND children.
Support children in reaching their full educational potential and boost their confidence.
Create inclusive learning environments where every student feels seen, supported and capable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting a wide spectrum of SEND, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and ADHD.
- Strong subject knowledge in English and Maths at primary or secondary level.
- A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
- Reliable, organised and confident working independently.
- Experience collaborating with families.
- Innovation and flexibility in lesson delivery.
- QTS is preferred but not essential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
- Availability Monday–Friday for a minimum of 2 hours per day during school hours.

The rate offered within this range will depend on the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications and the requirements of the individual assignment.
