Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with a valid forklift licence to support our 24-hour warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership on the warehouse floor, the ability to operate forklifts, and responsibility for managing daily warehouse activities safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts
- Operate forklift for loading, unloading, stacking, and moving goods
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Ensure health & safety procedures are strictly followed
- Support inbound and outbound operations (receiving, picking, dispatch)
- Conduct basic stock checks and assist with cycle counts
- Handle shift handovers and report operational issues
Requirements
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety standards
- Basic IT skills (WMS / Excel preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
