Investment Manager and Owner of a large portfolio of nationwide Shopping Centres and Outlet Centres are looking for a hands on Asset Manager to drive value from a portfolio across the UK and France. Their Asset Managers take full end to end responsibility for the buildings under their remit, and the role includes Leasing, L&T, running refurbishment and redevelopment projects and also building close relationships with customers. They are happy to consider candidates working advisory side who want to make the move into a clientside Asset Management role, or people with existing Retail Asset Management experience. Candidates must be MRICS, and will ideally be 1 – 5 years PQE, with a background in Retail Property Management, L&T or Valuations; or Retail Asset Management experience at a similar company. Requirements
- MRICS with 1 - 5 years PQE
- Experience working on Retail assets, ideally Shopping Centres or Outlets
- A background in Asset Management, Retail Property Management, Valuations or L&T with a desire to move into Asset Management
- Strong customer facing experience
