Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or senior kitchen staff
- Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service shifts
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and stored correctly after use
- Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a hygienic working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is highly desirable but not essential—training will be provided!
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health & safety protocols
