Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage & Inspire: Plan and deliver fun, creative, and age-appropriate learning experiences using the EYFS framework.
- Track Growth: Complete regular observations and accurately track children’s developmental milestones.
- Partner with Families: Build trusted, warm relationships with parents and provide regular feedback.
- Safety First: Maintain a highly safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
What You Need to Apply
- Qualifications: A minimum DfE-approved Level 2 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (Level 3+ is highly welcomed).
- Experience: Hands-on experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge: A solid, confident understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Traits: A caring, positive, high-energy approach to early childhood education.
