As Multi-Site Manager, you'll be responsible for leading multiple locations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring every Mettricks venue consistently delivers exceptional experiences for customers and colleagues alike.

As a Multi-Site Manager, you'll play a critical role in bringing this vision to life across multiple locations, developing leaders, supporting teams, and ensuring every site delivers the standards and culture that define Mettricks.
The Role
You will oversee the operational performance, people development, customer experience, and commercial success of multiple sites.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure each venue operates to the highest standards while empowering managers and teams to grow, improve, and succeed.
This is not a desk-based leadership role. You'll spend the majority of your time in venues, coaching teams, supporting managers, engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and ensuring standards are being lived every day.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People
- Lead, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
- Build engaged, accountable, high-performing teams.
- Create an environment where honest conversations, learning, and feedback are part of everyday life.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and talent development.
- Champion the Mettricks culture and values across every site.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of Mettricks standards across all locations.
- Drive performance through strong operational systems and routines.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance, food safety and operational standards are maintained.
Customer Experience
- Champion hospitality standards that make Mettricks stand out.
- Ensure every site consistently delivers memorable customer experiences.
- Actively review customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Commercial Performance
- Drive sales growth, profitability and operational efficiency across all locations.
- Take ownership of site-level performance metrics, including revenue, labour, cost of sales and profitability.
- Coach managers to understand and improve commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve efficiencies and maximise profitability.
- Ensure commercial decisions align with both short-term objectives and long-term business growth.
- Create a culture where every leader understands how their actions impact business performance.
