The store trades 7 days per week so all applicants must be available for weekends, bank holidays.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting products, understanding features, and upselling additional items.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer databases.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, paperwork, and customer records efficiently.
- Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
