IMPORTANT: This is price work only. There is no hourly or daywork rate for this role. The rate is £8 per m2, including the click flooring and protection laid on top.
We are looking for experienced carpenters / floor layers for an immediate start on a large new build apartment project in Watford.
The work is click flooring across multiple apartments. Each apartment is around 28m2, with a large volume of apartments available.
The role would suit reliable self-employed floor layers or carpenters with new build site experience who can work to a clean finish, keep pace with the programme, and work safely around other trades.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Proven click flooring, laminate, or LVT click installation experience
- Carpentry or floor-laying background
- New build site experience
- Own tools and PPE
- Able to start immediately or very quickly
- Able to work in Watford
- Right to work in the UK
Pay:
- £8 per m2
- Price work only
- Includes protection laid on top
