We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team at Coastal Lodge, a community bedded rehabilitation and recovery service helping people regain independence, maximise function and return home safely.
At Coastal Lodge, you will work with a diverse and rewarding caseload, supporting patients with a wide range of needs including:
Orthopaedic rehabilitation
Neurological conditions
Respiratory conditions
Frailty and older persons' care
Complex rehabilitation and reablement
Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in enabling earlier hospital discharge, supporting recovery and optimise ability to return to a place called 'home' by the patient.

To provide leadership and work within Coastal Lodge, through provision of a high standard Physiotherapy assessments, and core assessment details of other multidisciplinary skills.
Develop specialist care and/or rehabilitation programme, to promote and sustain independence/well-being for the individual or carer in the relevant setting, which may be a community, residential or health care environment.
To undertake assessment and development of Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation/care programmes for adults, many of whom have complex medical and social needs with the aim of improving independence, function and quality of life.
To contribute towards the development of the therapy team and Physiotherapy service through devising and implementing service change and to audit and evaluate both Physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary practice. Monitor standards of practice.
Support, the role of the Clinical lead, deputising in his/her absence.
