We are looking for somebody with a mixed skill set to join our team in our busy Otford Bistro/Tea Rooms. You will work in our Bistro and the position may include, cooking, baking, cleaning, preparing food and meals and in some circumstances you may need to assist the catering team further. Candidate to have a passion in baking, cooking and or food prep to work with our team.

MAIN DUTIES to include:
- To be the face of the charity, bringing it to life for the customers and team
- To ensure that the bistro premises are clean and tidy at all times and that food is displayed in an attractive and presentable manner.
- To ensure that staff and volunteers are aware of and comply with company policies.
- To clean the kitchen, including washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
- To carry out basic food hygiene preparation tasks.
- To load and unload the dishwasher
- To help serve meals to customers
- Any other duties which are consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the post.
This position is for 3 days including at least 50% of weekends.
