We are looking to recruit a self employed General Maintenance Assistant for a residential build to rent estate based in Uxbridge.
The estate consists of 200+ private-rented apartments, communal areas, and grounds.
The Role will be to join the small team in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the estate is maintained to the client's high standards.
Tasks include:
- Reactive & planned maintenance tasks
- Painting/Redecoration of apartments
- Redecoration and upkeep of internal communal areas
- Upkeep of external communal areas
- Management of communal bin stores
This is a varied and rewarding role that is very tenant and client-focused, so a happy and friendly personality would be required.
The role is Monday-Friday 40hrs per week, 8am-4pm (unpaid 1 hr lunch)
Experience in maintenance/handyman/woman/person is required, ideally with strong painting and decorating skills, although ongoing training would be given as well as the opportunity to work towards industry qualifications.
Ideally, you drive and have a vehicle, but that's not essential.

Due to it being very tenant & client facing you are fluent in English, reading and writing.

There will be the oppertunity for over time and extra work elsewhere within the business.
We also have a full time role for a maintenance assistant, for this role we reuired somebody who has good decorating skills with a keen eye for detail and takes pride in the finished work.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
