YMCA Black Country Group is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Coordinator to lead and develop our volunteer programme across the organisation. In this rewarding role, you will recruit, train and support volunteers, ensuring they have a positive and meaningful experience while helping to deliver services that make a real difference in local communities. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will develop new volunteering opportunities, coordinate recruitment campaigns, oversee inductions and training, and ensure policies, procedures and safeguarding standards are consistently met. You will also celebrate and recognise the valuable contribution of our volunteers, build strong partnerships across the voluntary sector, and help shape a thriving volunteer network that supports YMCA Black Country Group's vision and values. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and people skills who is passionate about inspiring others and creating opportunities for people to give back to their communities.
