Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's learning and development.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the nursery's reputation within the community.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Proven experience in managing a nursery or similar childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with children in various age groups is preferred.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or engagements.
