Bathroom Takeaway is a fast-growing online bathroom retailer supplying everything needed to create a dream bathroom. Alongside our strong online presence, we operate successful trade counter showrooms in Birmingham, Manchester and Lincoln.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a confident Sales Advisor / Telesales professional to join our team at our Sutton Coldfield (Minworth) branch.
We reward performance with an uncapped commission structure, based on the profit of every sale YOU generate.
The Role
This is a sales-driven position where outbound calling, lead generation and prospecting play a key role in your success.
Working within a small, friendly showroom team, you’ll engage with both trade customers and the public via telephone, email and face-to-face.
Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound calls to prospect and generate new trade customers (core responsibility)
- Lead generation through proactive telephone and email activity
- Managing and growing existing trade accounts
- Answering and closing inbound sales enquiries
- Promoting new products, services and offers to customers
- Providing advice and support to customers in-store
- Handling aftersales queries professionally
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
- Supporting showroom displays and product range updates
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Positive, outgoing and target-driven
- Resilient, organised and motivated to exceed KPIs
- A strong team player with a determined attitude
Experience in telesales or outbound sales is highly advantageous.
Bathroom or plumbing industry experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided.
IT literacy is required.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
- Basic salary from £26,500 per year
- Uncapped commission on every sale
- 40 hours per week across 5 days
- Store hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00, Saturday 8:00–14:00 (2 Saturdays per month)
- Bank Holiday opening
- Overtime available (paid or time in lieu)
- 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
