Kitchen & Bathroom Replacements
Firstcall Trade Services Ltd is looking for experienced joiners to join our team for a major kitchen and bathroom replacement programme in occupied residential properties across Edinburgh.

THE ROLE
You will carry out high-quality joinery work as part of a multi-trade team delivering kitchen and bathroom replacements in Council homes. Properties will remain occupied during the works, so professionalism, good communication and respect for tenants are essential.
KEY DUTIES
Removal and installation of kitchen units, worktops, doors, ironmongery and associated joinery items
Bathroom-related joinery, boxing-in, finishing work and making good
Working efficiently with other trades to meet agreed property programmes
Maintaining a clean, safe and considerate working environment in occupied homes
Completing work to a consistently high standard and reporting unforeseen issues promptly
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven joinery experience, including kitchen installation and domestic refurbishment work
Previous experience working in occupied homes
Full driving licence and own reliable transport
Own tools suitable for the work
Reliable, organised and able to work well within a multi-trade team
Professional and respectful approach when dealing with tenants and colleagues
