Our platform connects online stores and carrier networks, automates routing decisions and supports the full shipping journey. This includes e-commerce order sync, customs and duties, billing and invoicing, hub operations, customer support and analytics and scale their logistics.
The Role
We are looking for a QA Tester / Support Analyst to join our Technical team. You will help protect the quality of our core shipping platform while providing responsive, practical support to customers and internal users across e-commerce integrations, carrier APIs and bill management.
This blended role suits someone who enjoys investigating problems, testing software methodically and communicating clearly. You will work closely with developers and operations colleagues, taking ownership from initial report or test finding through to verified resolution.
What You'll Be Doing

· Creating and maintaining clear test cases, checklists and regression suites based on requirements and real customer workflows
· Carrying out functional, regression, exploratory and end-to-end testing across supported desktop and mobile browsers
· Testing REST and SOAP API integrations using tools such as Postman, including JSON/XML requests, responses and error handling
· Logging high-quality defects with reproducible steps, evidence, severity and expected outcomes, then retesting and verifying fixes
· Triaging support queries, reproducing issues and distinguishing between user, configuration, data, integration and product faults
· Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams, owning cases through to resolution and keeping stakeholders updated
· Working with developers and operations to improve product quality, support documentation and release readiness
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
· Have at least one year's experience in software testing, application support, technical support or a similar role
· Enjoy investigating issues methodically and can turn unclear reports into reliable, reproducible steps
· Communicate calmly and clearly with technical and non-technical users, both in writing and verbally
· Are organised, comfortable prioritising competing tickets and able to manage your own workload
· Have strong attention to detail while keeping sight of customer impact and business priority
· Are comfortable learning complex workflows, including shipping, carrier and e-commerce processes
· Work collaboratively with developers, product, operations and customer-facing colleagues
· Take ownership, follow through on commitments and look for ways to prevent repeat issues
