We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Staff to join our team. Based in Crouch End, North London, this role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service and memorable moments. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any needs or concerns.
- Support food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
- Handle cash transactions and manage POS systems efficiently.
- Making Drinks and Coffee - training provided
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Prior experience in guest services or upselling is a plus
This is a part time role, Saturday and Sunday daytimes and Bank Holiday daytime. Please only apply if you are available to work at these times. More shifts may be available for those seeking a full time role.
