We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised NVQ Internal Verifier for Level 3 Healthcare Support to join our dynamic training team. Duties
- Conduct thorough internal verification of learners’ assessments for Level 3 Healthcare Support qualifications, ensuring all evidence meets national standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to assessors and trainers to promote continuous improvement in assessment practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of verification activities, including reports, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Support the development and delivery of training sessions.
- Ensure assessment processes align with awarding body requirements and organizational policies, maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
- Facilitate communication between assessors, trainers, and learners to clarify assessment criteria and expectations effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry regulations, qualification frameworks, and best practices in healthcare education.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare support roles or related fields with a strong understanding of Level 3 Healthcare Support qualifications.
- Demonstrable presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
- Prior experience in teaching or training within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with assessors, trainers, learners, and external bodies.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for record keeping and compliance documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as assessor or verifier awards.
