We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage teams within our organisation. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve operational targets and maintain high standards of service.
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team productivity.
- Oversee merchandising activities to ensure visual standards are maintained across the unit.
- Manage stock levels, organise stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.
- Provide training and support to new staff members, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with good time management capabilities.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism through courteous phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
