The role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping landlords let their properties and tenants find their next home, delivering an excellent experience from enquiry through to move-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Opportunities to generate new business and winning instructions
- Progressing tenancies through to move-in
- Working closely with our Property Management team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping applicants updated
What we’re looking for
- Around 12+ months’ experience in residential lettings (not essential)
- A confident and professional communicator
- Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
- Full UK driving licence
(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
