This role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting merchandising efforts, and assisting with store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Provide product information
- Support merchandising activities, including stock organisation and display setup
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Communicate effectively with customers in English
- Assist in organising stock deliveries and warehouse picking and sortation
- Supporting team members
- Weekend work is a requirement
Experience
- Previous retail experience is desirable
- Strong organisational skills to manage stock and store presentation effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Passion for customer service
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
