Job Overview: We are currently looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified either full time or part time, hours can be discussed within interview.
We are currently seeking a Qualified Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality childcare and early education in a nurturing environment for children. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our nursery team and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver outstanding care and education- Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that promote learning and development- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records- Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:- Hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others- Have experience working with children in a nursery setting- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Opportunities for professional development and training- Pension scheme available for eligible employees- Supportive work environment fostering growth and creativity.
