Job Summary
Aspire in Arts is looking for a Senior Youth Programmes Coordinator to lead and develop our youth programmes across Nuneaton, including our HAF programme, weekly youth clubs, Arts Award and youth music project.
This is a hands-on role for someone with real youth work experience who wants to lead a team, not just coordinate from a distance. You'll supervise sessional staff and volunteers, mentor young people directly, and build relationships with schools and community partners.
The role is fixed term for 12 months, dependent on continued funding, with the possibility of extension if further funding is secured.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience in youth work, including senior or lead youth worker experience
- Experience supervising or managing staff or volunteers
- A professional Youth Work qualification or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
