TITLE: Night Prep Chef / Driver – Independent Gastro Pub Group – Essex - £15 per hour - Must hold a full driving licence
COMPANY PROFILE:
I am proud to be representing this Essex based client who is a busy gastro pub serving fresh food to a high standard. This gastro pub is part of a family-owned group all offering a similar concept.
This group is going from strength to strength and looking to continue its expansion so you would be joining at an opportunistic time being able to grow with the company.
Night Prep Chef / Driver:
As the Night Prep Chef, you will be Prepping for the group of gastro pubs through the night and potentially delivering the prep to the sites in Essex.
You will need experience of a fast-paced environment, knowledge of fresh food preparation as well as keeping consistence in the preparation process.
You will be expected to:
-Be able to prepare, cook ingredients
-To learn new dishes and new styles of food fashion.
-Working approximately 45 hours per week
-Maintaining very high standards of food hygiene / allergen requirements and health & safety guidelines.
