We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Client Relationship Manager to help accelerate growth during an exciting scale-up phase. You’ll be a key player in converting warm leads into committed clients across our product suite - from live events and coaching programs to high-ticket mentorship offers.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Conversion
- Conduct high-ticket sales consultations with qualified prospects.
- Understand each client's goals, challenges and motivations.
- Recommend the most appropriate programme or mentorship package.
- Confidently overcome objections while maintaining trust and rapport.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Relationship Management
- Build genuine relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the client's journey.
- Act as the client's trusted point of contact for any queries or concerns.
- Create a high-touch, personalised experience that exceeds expectations.
Client Onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding into mentorship programmes.
- Coordinate introductions to coaches and support teams where appropriate.
- Ensure clients understand how to access all resources and platforms.
- Follow up to ensure engagement and accountability during the early stages.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Create payment links, booking links and onboarding resources where required.
- Track client progress through the sales process and post-sale journey.
Customer Retention
- Stay connected with clients after purchase.
- Identify opportunities for referrals, testimonials and future programmes.
- Ensure clients remain engaged and achieve positive outcomes.
- Escalate issues quickly where additional support is required.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Work alongside coaches and mentors to ensure client success.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in phone/zoom based sales role
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Highly proactive with excellent time management.
- Confident using CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Comfortable using technology including calendars, payment systems, booking software and online meeting platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with empathy
