About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our growing business. This is a full-time, office-based and on-site position responsible for managing reactive maintenance and construction projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing customer requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring all health and safety obligations are met to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reactive maintenance and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Liaise with customers to understand and develop project and site requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost proposals.
- Create and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site requirements.
- Manage project administration and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in project management within construction, maintenance, or related industries.
- Experience managing reactive maintenance and construction projects.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (both preferred).
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
- Experience creating RAMS and managing project documentation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and project administration systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
