Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate and innovative team. We are a successful and forward-thinking manufacturing company based in Halesowen, that due to continued expansion, is now looking for a new member to join us. This opportunity would suit an ambitious candidate who is looking for daily challenges and career progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Handling enquiries, orders, and queries with professionalism, care, and accuracy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contributing to a positive and engaging team environment.
- Building strong customer relationships across the UK and Europe.
- Efficiently entering and updating orders onto our internal software system meeting a daily KPI.
- Prioritising enquiries and urgent and same day despatch orders with fast and accurate responses.
- Improving sales and upselling.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in using customer service software and office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, handling difficult situations with care and competence.
- Previous customer service experience is essential - candidates will not be considered without this

Pay: Starting from £12.71ph

Work Schedule:
- Day shifts, rotating weekly on 8:30-5 and 9:30-6
- Monday to Friday, 39.5 hours, closed on bank holidays
