Cleaner Required – Airbnb Properties (Durham)

A2B Cleaning is looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of Airbnb and serviced accommodation properties in and around Durham.
This is a flexible, part-time role with regular work available. While shifts can fall on any day of the week, availability on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays is essential due to guest changeovers.
Duties include:
- Cleaning Airbnb properties between guest stays
- Changing bed linen and preparing properties for arriving guests
- Hoovering, mopping and dusting throughout
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard
- Emptying bins and restocking essentials where required
- Carrying out final presentation checks to ensure every property is guest-ready
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is essential (hotel, holiday let, Airbnb or domestic cleaning preferred)
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Must be able to travel between properties
- Availability on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays is essential
Additional cleaning hours may be available for the right candidate as our portfolio continues to grow.
