Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 - 12 hrs - Nights
Week 1 - Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat - 4 shifts
Week 2 - Wed/Thur - 2 shifts
Are you hands-on, detail-focused and confident managing complex processes? We’re looking for a Process Controller to join our team in Peterborough— someone who can keep things running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and oversee ovens, driers, and cooking lines, ensuring products meet all quality and safety standards.
- Monitor mixing, baking, and garnish processes, and keep production flowing efficiently.
- Lead the process team, ensuring strong communication and teamwork across shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times.
- Record material usage and complete required production paperwork.
- Stop production if safety, quality, or control issues arise.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
- Previous experience leading teams, also similar Process Operator/Controller experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- A team player who communicates clearly and takes responsibility.
- Willingness to follow health & safety and food hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow into a Team Leader role.
