Brewed Cafe is a friendly, independent café in the heart of Huddersfield, known for great coffee, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re passionate about good service and creating a place customers love to come back to.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and drinks while delivering excellent customer service in a busy café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages to a high standard
- Operate the coffee machine and grinder correctly
- Take orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and front-of-house areas
- Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Support the team during busy service periods
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Passion for coffee and attention to detail
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Pay: £12.71 per hour
