About the Role
As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a mix of inbound order line, customer services and virtual reception calls. You'll provide excellent customer service, answer enquiries, promote relevant products and services where appropriate, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide accurate information
- Promote products and services when suitable
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Follow data protection, confidentiality, and company procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage, but it's not essential—we're more interested in finding people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am and 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday, on a weekly rota basis. We offer a range of full-time, part-time, and flexible working patterns to suit both the business and the right candidates.
