Kaytons Estate Agents is a well established firm based in Manchester City Centre looking to add a new member to their professional and experienced team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the daily roles attributed to lettings. They will ideally have experience in the property industry.

Type: Full Time
Salary: Basic salary start ranges from £25,000 - £27,000 per annum. Basic salaries and are negotiable depending on experience PLUS a GUARANTEED COMMISSION structure. OTE £35,000.
Hours: Average 38.5 hours per week. Shift pattern can vary.
Role:
- Arranging viewings for prospective tenants
- Conducting viewings
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Maintain and update the database of applicants
- Registering tenants
- Dealing with internet/telephone enquiries
- Providing feedback to all landlords
- Conducting occasional property inspections
- Arranging inventories for managed properties
Requirements:
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Previous experience within the industry is preferred but not essential
- Local knowledge of Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Well organised, professional & punctual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication & negotiating skills
- Full Clean UK Driving License
