Videographer & Video Editor — Dr Band Clinic (London, Hybrid)
Location: London — 2 days on-site, 3 days remote
Contract: Freelance retainer — £2,000/month, invoiced monthly
About us
Dr Band Clinic is a London aesthetic medicine practice specialising in male facial aesthetics. We publish across two channels — patient-facing clinic content (@drbandclinic) and clinician education (@thefillerdoc) — to a premium, editorial visual standard. We're hiring our first in-house creative to own video end-to-end and grow with the brand.
The role
You'll run the full pipeline: plan, shoot, edit, deliver. This is not a hand-off role — you'll be in the ideation conversations (concepts, hooks, formats, references) before anything is filmed, and accountable for how the work performs after.
What you'll do
- Film 2 days/week at the clinic: treatments (with patient consent), consultations, talking-head, podcast and b-roll
- Edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) — cuts, colour, sound, captions
- Contribute to content planning: ideas, hooks, formats, references
- Manage the footage library and deliver to an agreed weekly schedule
Schedule
- 2 fixed days per week in person (filming and planning meetings)
- 3 days per week remote — contactable throughout the working day, with deliverables kept on schedule
You'll need
- A portfolio showing genuine range — different formats, styles and briefs, not one look repeated
- Your own filming kit — camera, audio, lighting
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects a plus
- Comfort filming clinical procedures (injectables) and full discretion around patients
- Fluency in what performs natively on Instagram and TikTok
Pay and growth
£2,000/month retainer. We're building an in-house content function from scratch — the role and the rate grow with it.
