CHEF DE PARTIE – SAMBOL (BRISTOL)
Sambol is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.We are an independent Sri Lankan–inspired restaurant, serving seasonal small plates, grills, curries, and fresh produce–led food. Our kitchen focuses on bold flavours, good technique, and a respectful working environment.
THE ROLE:
Running your own section confidently during service
Preparing and cooking Sri Lankan-inspired dishes
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Supporting prep and service across lunch and dinner
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has CDP experience (or a strong Demi ready to step up)
Is comfortable with fresh prep and service cooking
Works clean, organised, and under pressure
Has a positive attitude and team mindset
Is interested in learning Sri Lankan flavours and techniques
Sri Lankan experience is a bonus — not essential
