P J Kerley Motor Engineers are an established Vehicle Breakdown, Recovery & transportation Company operating throughout Norfolk & beyond providing 24 hour breakdown and recovery assistance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be based in our control room dispatching the most appropriate recovery vehicle to the scene and act as a liaison between the roadside technician, the customer and the motoring organisations on a Night Shift.
The ideal candidate will ideally have basic knowledge from within the motoring industry and have previous control room/call handling experience although further training to our requirements will be given.
Skills required that would be advantageous are :
Excellent communication & Customer care
Computer literate
Be able to work well under pressure
Knowledge of geographical area
Telephone skills
Wages to be discussed at interview based on experience
