- Strong understanding of Kitchen hygiene and maintain high company standards
- Closely monitor health and safety of the kitchen environment and ensure we are fully compliant

- Manage fresh produce
- Great communication skills
- Must have 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Must be flexible working evening and weekend and covering annual leave/absences
- Assist in development of new menu’s with revenue and profit in mind.
- Monitor stock and place supply orders when needed.
Preferred
- NVQ level 2/3 but not essential
