About the Role:
Snipes Clothing and Fashion UK Ltd is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our Birmingham team. You will oversee the day to day operation of our online sales channels, helping ensure products, orders, promotions and customer journeys are managed accurately and efficiently.
This role is suitable for an experienced ecommerce professional who understands how online retail operations connect with merchandising, inventory, fulfilment and customer service. You will work closely with marketing, warehouse, buying and technical teams to improve online performance and maintain a reliable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Operations:
Manage daily website and marketplace operations and ensure key trading activities are completed accurately.
Product Management:
Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, images, pricing and availability across online channels.
Order Flow:
Monitor the journey from online purchase through fulfilment and help resolve operational issues that affect customers.
Promotional Activity:
Support the setup and delivery of discounts, seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
Inventory Coordination:
Work with warehouse and merchandising teams to maintain accurate stock visibility across ecommerce platforms.
Website Checks:
Review key pages, product listings, links and checkout journeys to identify errors or usability issues.
Performance Reporting:
Track sales, conversion, order values, returns and other ecommerce metrics and prepare regular updates.
Customer Experience:
Identify recurring customer issues and work with relevant teams to improve the online shopping journey.
Marketplace Support:
Coordinate listings and operational requirements across third party marketplaces where applicable.
Content Accuracy:
Make sure product information, pricing, images and promotional messaging remain accurate and consistent.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate website, order or fulfilment issues and coordinate with technical or operational teams to resolve them.
Process Improvement:
Review ecommerce workflows and recommend practical improvements that reduce errors and increase efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Several years of experience in ecommerce, online retail operations, digital trading or a similar commercial role.
Ecommerce Knowledge:
Strong understanding of product listings, order management, promotions, customer journeys and online sales operations.
Commercial Awareness:
Ability to interpret ecommerce performance and understand how pricing, stock and promotions affect sales.
Digital Skills:
Experience using ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, analytics tools and content management systems.
Organisation:
Ability to manage several trading priorities, maintain accurate information and meet campaign deadlines.
Problem Solving:
Ability to investigate operational issues, identify root causes and coordinate practical solutions.
Communication:
Strong spoken and written English with the confidence to work with colleagues across marketing, logistics, merchandising and technology.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to check product data, pricing, promotions, stock information and customer facing content carefully.
Leadership:
Ability to coordinate work across teams, provide clear direction and support colleagues during busy trading periods.

Pay: £3,700.00-£4,500.00 per month
