Reporting to our General Manager, the ideal candidate will be able to communicate well with customers, delivery drivers and fellow team members alike. Confidence on the telephone along with a good attitude to delivering excellent customer care is a pre-requisite.
This position is office / workshop based and involves running a busy and productive workshop, keeping good relations with all our suppliers and team members alike and generally running an efficient department. Knowledge of our internal computer system is not essential as full training will be given, however, a good understanding of cars and small vans, and their component parts would be advantageous. Full training will be given on the job, and a positive attitude will be more beneficial than any specific qualifications.
This job may suit a former energy sector worker used to a high-paced and ever changing environment with the ability to work well in a team environment but equally, candidates currently employed in similar positions within the Motor Industry will be given consideration too.
Salary for this position is very much dependent on the individual, their experience and desirability to the company.
