Operations Manager Night work 80% Day Work 20% - Company Vehicle provided
Uni-Clean Midlands works nationwide cleaning and servicing Ductwork and Extraction Systems. We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager to be part of our team, we need someone who is hard working, reliable and adaptable.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the on-site teams, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, on site Health & Safety and Audits. Teams are based in Birmingham, Nottingham, North London, Ipswich and Grantham.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor all on-site processes and procedures, trouble shoot problems and issues with teams.
- Manage and motivate a teams, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas of risk
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity
Experience:
- Experience within the Ductwork/Ventilation industry or you will be willing to learn quickly shadowing teams after initial training. The night shift teams work is between 8pm and 6am.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - training can be provided for candidates with the correct skillset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - this is paramount.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office - organisational skills required to record all on suite information, toolbox talks, registers etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - full communication with the office team is required.
