Our lovely barista has a change in circumstances and needs to move away from Bristol, so we are urgently searching for somebody to replace her. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual join our team as a Kitchen Team Member/Barista on a part time basis, 30h/week. Please note this is a weekday role, we are open 7am-3pm. ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cooking and delivering great service. Duties:- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cafe area. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Serve customers and prepare drinks to a high standard. Ensuring customers leave having had an enjoyable experience. Cooking/barista experience not required but preferred.
