Sheffield Hallam University has an ambitious and challenging people agenda, and we are looking for a high-performing, future-focused Senior Advisor to join the Human Resources and Organisational Development Directorate as part of our Resourcing and Reward Team.
You will play a key role in delivering expert advice and guidance across a broad range of recruitment and workforce resourcing matters. This exciting opportunity requires substantial experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality recruitment services that attract top talent and support organisational success. You will lead on all aspects of recruitment campaigns including innovative attraction approaches to selection and assessment methodologies, UKVI processes and compliance requirements. You'll also drive continuous service improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the candidate experience, streamline processes, and implement best-practice recruitment solutions.
You should also demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence, delivering a consistent and professional service, whilst maintaining compliance within regulatory and procedural frameworks.
You will be expected to develop effective working relationships across the wider team and Directorate, sharing best practice and knowledge, working together to promote a consistently high-quality service offer.
