- Own the store's sales and repair targets and drive performance to hit them
- Recruit, train and manage your in-store team
- Handle escalated customer issues and keep service standards consistently high
- Oversee stock control, ordering and loss prevention
- Report performance and issues to head office
- Step in on repairs and sales when the store needs it
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience managing a retail store, including team leadership, targets and stock
- Experience in phone/device repair or tech retail preferred
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and able to commute to Uxbridge
What You'll Get
- £30,000-£36,000 per year
- Full-time, permanent role, 5-6 days a week on a rota, including weekends
- Real ownership of a top-performing store
- Genuine progression as we grow
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Uxbridge UB8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Application question(s):
- Are you currently living in the United Kingdom? (We're only able to consider applicants already based in the UK — happy to consider relocation within the UK, but not from overseas.)

- This role runs on a 5-6 day rota including weekends. Please confirm you can work this pattern, and note any days/times you're not available.
- Give a specific example of a time you led or managed a team to hit a sales or performance target. What did you do and what was the result?
