Choice Housing is seeking an Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Survey team. This role is responsible for assessing the condition of the Associations housing and property stock.
Key responsibilities: Carrying out detailed surveys across a range of property types to evaluate their condition, maintenance needs and compliance with housing and safety standards. The Asset Surveyor will accurately record key information on the age, condition, and lifespan of building components, providing vital information to support effective asset management and long-term investment planning.
A hybrid working policy is in place with a large proportion of the work involving mobile working. The Asset Surveyor will be responsible for managing and scheduling their daily survey activities.
