As our operation continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Warehouse Supervisor to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence across our warehouse sites.

Summary
We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our warehouse operation.
You'll work alongside Warehouse Managers and Shift Managers to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations across Goods In, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
This is a leadership role with genuine progression opportunities for someone who demonstrates ownership, operational thinking, and strong people leadership.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Supervise warehouse teams during daily operations
- Ensure warehouse tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Support Goods In, picking, packing, replenishment, stock movements, and dispatch
- Help maintain smooth warehouse flow throughout the shift
People & Performance
- Support, coach and motivate warehouse operatives
- Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance
- Promote high standards of behaviour and housekeeping
- Help develop new starters through coaching and on-the-job support
Warehouse Standards
- Monitor Health & Safety compliance
- Ensure housekeeping standards remain high
- Identify operational issues early and escalate appropriately
- Help maintain operational discipline across the warehouse
Goods In & Stock
- Support efficient unloading and receipting of inbound deliveries
- Assist with stock placement and warehouse organisation
- Work alongside Stock Control to maintain stock accuracy
- Support cycle counts and stock investigations where required
Systems & WMS
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support warehouse operations
- Ensure warehouse processes are followed correctly within the WMS
- Challenge poor system discipline or process shortcuts
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Help eliminate repeat operational issues
- Support implementation of new warehouse processes and improvements
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and improving operations.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience supervising teams within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (essential)
- Good understanding of Goods In, stock control, picking, and dispatch operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- A willingness to challenge poor standards and drive improvement
- Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
Experience with EasyWMS, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder or similar systems would be advantageous, as would previous experience in an automated warehouse environment.

The roles will work 5 days out of 7, with consecutive days off. The rota is likely to include at least one weekend day (and occasionally both), depending on business requirements.
The successful candidates will work one of the following shifts:
- 6:00am – 3:00pm
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
- 3:00pm – 12:00am
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
