Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Assist in implementing care plans and providing personal care
- Support residents with mobility and daily living tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is advantageous
- Compassionate nature and willingness to provide high-quality care
- Familiarity with IT systems for recording resident information
