Online Pupil Engagement Officer (Trusted Link Person)
Salary: £27,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
Location: Remote / Online
About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive professional to support vulnerable young people in an online education setting.
You’ll build strong relationships, support engagement in learning, and act as a key link between pupils, families, and professionals.
Key Duties

Daily check-ins to support wellbeing and engagement

Encourage participation in online lessons

Support attendance and inclusion
-
Work closely with families and external professionals
-
Monitor safeguarding and maintain accurate records
About You
-
Experience working with young people (education, care or similar)

Strong safeguarding awareness

Empathetic, organised and relationship-focused

Confident using digital systems
