We are seeking professional, polished, and service-driven individuals to join our team in Glasgow as Aviation Ground Security Officers.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a discreet, efficient, and high-standard security screening service for VIP passengers, crew, and high-profile clients in a luxury, high-end environment. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and customer service are equally important.
Every flight is unique, and every interaction matters.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting aviation security screening, including search procedures and X-ray screening
- Delivering a professional, discreet, and welcoming passenger experience
- Maintaining the highest standards of security vigilance and operational integrity
- Supporting smooth, efficient, and premium client operations
- Responding confidently and appropriately to varied operational situations
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who embody professionalism and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
You will be:
- Naturally composed, confident, and customer-focused
- Polished in presentation with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working within a 24/7 operational schedule, including weekends and unsociable hours
- Committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service and security
Full training will be provided for the right individuals.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5-year employment history (with references for any gaps)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- Eligible to pass criminal record and counter-terrorism vetting
- Must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent colour vision (required for screening duties)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Ground Security Operative qualification
- Previous experience within aviation or private security environments
- Current CTC clearance

- 8-hour shifts
