We are now looking to recruit a Trainee to join our team and grow with the business.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn the freight industry from the ground up and progress over time.
The Role
You will be trained across:
- Freight operations (UK & international movements)
- Customer service and day-to-day client contact
- Booking shipments and liaising with hauliers, depots, and partners
- Tracking consignments and resolving issues
- General administration and operational support
Development & Progression
This role is designed as a long-term opportunity.
As you develop, you will have the opportunity to:
- Move through different departments within the business
- Take on increasing responsibility
- Progress into more senior operational, customer service, or commercial roles

Salary
- Starting salary at National Minimum Wage
- Salary will be reviewed as experience and performance develop, with increases available for the right individual

- Good communication skills (phone and email)
- Organised, methodical, and confident using IT systems
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- No previous freight experience required – full training provided
