Join us as the Head of Data & AI Solutions, where you will spearhead our business-facing AI, data, and analytics capabilities, transforming operational opportunities into scalable, trusted, and value-creating digital solutions. You will shape the data and AI solutions roadmap, build a robust use-case portfolio, and ensure that our solutions align with real business priorities across various functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Service. Leading a talented team of AI, data, analytics, and solution delivery specialists, you will report to the Head of AI & Enterprise Solutions, collaborating closely with business leaders and global teams. Your mission will be to accelerate AI adoption, enhance data readiness, scale reusable solutions, and ensure that every initiative has clear ownership, adoption, and measurable business value.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and lead the SGT data and AI solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Own the AI use-case portfolio from discovery to delivery and benefits realization.
- Develop trusted data products and analytics that enhance operational performance.
- Improve data readiness, quality, lineage, and governance for reliable solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to convert demand into adopted solutions.
- Build a high-performing team that delivers reusable solutions and demonstrates measurable outcomes.
What You Bring
- A Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in AI, data, analytics, or business transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption, data governance, and value-led solution delivery.
- Experience in AI or data-enabled transformation across manufacturing or engineering functions.
- Knowledge of gas turbines in areas like engineering or supply chain is desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering complex data and AI projects in high-pressure environments.
